This particular location was excellent and well worth booking. The room and the hotel in general were very clean and well kept. The elevators were very quick and the staff was attentive. I will definitely stay here again when I return to the Dallas area. Highly recommend.

If anybody out there is looking for bargain deals for hotel rooms go over to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ booked a resort on there and these guys had the absolute best rates anywhere! love this hotel! clean, beautiful views, and great customer service. everyone is friendly, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we are happy. they give you a complimentary cookie when checking in. stayed here for 3 nights & enjoyed my stay. covered garage parking is convenient as well. not far from elevator.

Pros: The location is great, staff is very friendly, the inside of the hotel feels very modern and the rooms look very nice. Views from the hotel were great. Cons: The hotel isn't the prettiest from the exterior, beds were very uncomfortable. Highway noise was extremely loud the first night until we finally figured out how to turn the AC fan on to cover the noise up. We were on the 18th floor and it seriously sounded like we were standing right next to the highway. Towels were extremely rough. Thin walls.

Very disappointed with amenities and quality of room. Booked a PREMIERE room so I was expecting a nice looking room but unfortunately my expectation was not met. Furniture looked very old an sticky. Swimming pool was so small that it can hardly fit 10 people, please don't get fooled by the picture. No microwave etc. They didn't even serve complimentary water bottles that they offer to a Hilton honors member. I couldn't think of any good point for this hotel stay. Sorry.

Room was nice but the lack of USB port chargers made me not happy. The one that was there on the clock did not even work. Claimed breakfast was free with my room it was not. It was just brought in Starbucks very limited menu served in the bar area.

I had chicken pot stickers in appetizers. On point!! The sauce was unique and yummy. For main course, I ordered Cajun chicken. The side dishes were good. Chicken was fresh, but it was lacking the Cajun seasoning. It tasted bland. Beat part you can scan your bill and pay using your phone. Overall good experience.

Expensive menu. We ordered steak Diane, Salmon, white fish, apple pan cakes. All meats were good except the food was served warm not hot. The mashed potatoes were dry and the side dish of spinach was especially salty. Uneatable. I order the top shelf Margarita and it was watery. The cheesecake was excellent.

Great shoe store with styles from athletic to the runway. Adult men and women, children's, running, walking, hiking, sailing, river, lake, tennis, basketball, snow boots, rain boots, and cowboy boots. Also dressy and casual. I don’t normally leave reviews on any places… But I was just blown away with the customer service I received! I live almost 4 hours away in Cypress, Texas. I was trying to inquire about delivery on a personalized cookie cake to the Dallas Market Center to one of our vendors on the 7th floor... this job was a huge pain in the butt, and a big job… Elizabeth Took my call, advise me on how to place my order through the app Postmates.. and also called me back to follow up on everything to make sure it was just what I was wanting! She THEN sent me a photograph of the cake… It was just STUNNING. I cannot say enough good things about the sweet young lady, and cannot thank her enough for making this possible for us.

Pretty cool idea! You have to get the bag of the type of meat you want and check mark whatever veggies/add ons you’d like, my sandwich was soooooo delicious! The turkey was really soft and warm to perfection! Yumm! My first time here and I’m def coming back! They also have little carrot cakes at the register! So good as well! The guy at the cashier was really courteous and professional. Thanks Which Wich I’m satisfied!

On Saturday mornings the church members serve breakfast (pancakes, sausage, eggs, grits, biscuits and all the fixins. Plus coffee, milk, and orange juice) ! They also have clothing, and haircuts available! You are served banquet-style and it's all-you-can-eat! They are kind and compassionate to the forgotten and suffering that society has considered disposable. I am doing much better than I was 5 yrs ago, but their kindness was no less appreciated! No matter your circumstances, stop in there one Saturday morning. You'll be blessed richly. It restores your belief in humanity!

I just purchased a pair of shoes at this location last week they didn’t have my size so they mailed me the right size. No big deal there. The sales person was nice and polite but didn’t really know what he was doing which isn’t something deserving of one star maybe he was new I don’t know. When I got my shoes in they didn’t fit they way I needed to no big deal so I went back to the store and this is where the 1 star comes in to play. I got there and there was one person up front and he was helping another guest after about 10 minutes someone comes out to help and this person is the rudest, most disrespectful and most self entitled person that I have ever run into in a retail store. I don’t know how to spell this persons name much less pronounce it but it started with an S. I love the shoes and the Cole Haan brand but the attitude of your front line employees needs to be respectful and helpful.

Bought three men’s shirts today. Got home and realized they didn’t remove any of the security tags. Have to go back and have them removed. First time I have bought clothes at Macy’s in years. Have to say after I take this back I won’t be back. The employees are much better at T.J. Maxx. Macy’s has gone downhill. Won’t be long and they will be closing more stores. Looks like they will be the next Sears.

Came in one Saturday from Fort Worth to Dallas to do brunch at North Park before shopping. Was surprised that the place was not crowded at 11am. Delicious crab cakes Benedict. Loved how the poached eggs dripped over the crab cakes when I poked a hole into the eggs. Wife had French toast with eggs over easy, equally as delicious. Good service by the waitress. All in all a nice brunch, got out for under $50

The bread they give you with Olive oil is delicious here. The Lasagna was very good, we had a spinach dip appetizer and we loved it. Highly recommend this place if you want some good Italian food. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is that it's kinda pricey.

Service a bit slow because it's super busy. Food is standard Maggiano's food, good! Service from Terrel was great, he personally got our items and drinks for us. Super fast and super attentive! Friendly and kind. Definitely would visit for his awesome service again!

I made an appointment to get a piercing, which requires a $20 deposit. Their store called to cancel that appointment because they weren’t going to be open on Memorial and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I declined and asked for the deposit back. It’s been 9 weeks with three emails and a call, with them saying first they were having issues with their cc vendor and then saying they were sending a check. If you can charge me $20 for the deposit and charge $100 for the jelwery and another $40 for the piercing.. surely you can give me my $20 bucks back! Really didn’t want to leave a review like this, but it’s just annoying and frustrating.

The staff at Ylang 23 is fantastic - I could spend all day chatting with them! I don't have experience ordering online, but would highly recommend going into the store for a fun experience. Each staff member walked through their collection of various jewelry designers. You can absolutely tell their passion and enjoyment in what they do. Their piercer, Afton, is awesome - she actually apprenticed my regular piercer. A friend of mine received her first cartilage piercings from Afton and said the experience was calming and that Afton was very patient. During my first visit, I purchased 4 earrings and had Afton rearrange a few earring placements. She took her time cleaning each earring and installing/arranging the earrings. The only reason I've given Ylang 23 4 stars is due to their stock, which may be due to COVID-19. I was looking for a new Daith earring. Unfortunately, they didn't have any from the designer I wanted, so I went with another designer. The earring is gorgeous, but not the best option for a Daith piercing. If you value friendly staff, luxury jewelry, and a fun experience/girl's day activities, this is your spot!
